At SheetChart.in, we offer digital products such as trading journals and templates. Since these are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All our products are delivered digitally, either via download link or email access. Please ensure that the email address you provide during checkout is accurate.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once you have received access to a product, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

3. Exceptions

We may consider refunds under the following limited conditions:

• If you were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate purchase).
• If you never received access to the product and did not receive support within 3 business days.

4. Customer Responsibility

Before making a purchase, please review the product descriptions, features, and compatibility. We do not offer refunds if:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You assumed features that were not advertised.
